Point of View
What I believe ‘soulful culture catalysts’ need most to thrive :
Thoughtful reflection and self awareness for how we are uniquely wired to thrive;
To recover nature’s wisdom and holistic living & self-care tools that are our birthright;
Kinship and connection to the Earth, The Divine, and supportive community;
Discernment and courage to trust our authentic Inner Wisdom to create inspired solutions for new ways of living and being.
I support soul-led cultural change makers (leaders, healers, artists, entrepreneurs, advocates, coaches, parents) who are working to make a better world but are feeling overwhelmed and isolated.
I offer holistic guidance to reconnect you to your Inner Wisdom to bring clarity, inspiration, and courage to your work to help your corner of the world evolve.
My view on the real reason we are struggling is that we are disconnected from our true nature and the Earth, cutting off our access to intuition and instincts.
This leaves our ‘Civilized Mind’ chasing external solutions that are out of alignment with how we are wired to thrive and be of service to the world.
When we stay stuck in this blindspot, it is not surprising that our body and spirit spiral into burnout, depression, and chronic health problems — leaving us unable to connect with our vitality and sense of purpose to make our unique contribution to the world.
When we reconnect to our holistic nature, we can:
feel deeply supported and resourced to handle life’s challenges with courage and clarity,
perceive life as a joyful adventure,
restore trust in our Inner Wisdom,
be successful inspired leaders and culture catalysts for a better world.
